Responsibility
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals for Singapore and Malaysia.

- Drive employee engagement programs, performance management, and career development frameworks.
- Partner with leadership to implement organizational transformation and change management initiatives.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven expertise in strategic HR, talent development, and regional HR operations.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws in Singapore and Malaysia.
