Responsibility
- Act as a strategic partner to divisional leaders, providing expert guidance on HR matters such as talent management, organizational design, and employee relations.
- Develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals and enhance employee engagement and retention.
- Lead talent acquisition initiatives, ensuring the attraction and retention of top-tier talent in a competitive market.
- Design and deliver leadership development programs to cultivate a pipeline of future leaders within the organization.
- Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback mechanisms, and performance evaluations.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to foster a workplace culture that values and respects individual differences.
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to provide data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, mitigating risks and promoting ethical HR practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is a plus.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a senior HR Business Partner role.
- Proven track record of successfully partnering with senior leaders to drive HR initiatives and achieve business outcomes.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated experience in talent management, organizational development, and change management.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is highly desirable.
