Responsibility
- Oversee day-to-day HR and administrative operations, ensuring compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company policies.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job postings to onboarding, with a focus on sourcing talent for the construction sector.
- Develop and implement HR strategies, including performance management, employee engagement, and retention programs.
- Coordinate payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee records management in collaboration with finance teams.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
- Organize training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and align with business objectives.
- Ensure workplace safety and adherence to health regulations, particularly in construction-related environments.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics for senior management to inform decision-making.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of HR Generalist experience, with at least 3 years in the construction industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proven experience in recruitment, payroll, and employee relations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is highly desirable.
