Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business goals to drive workforce efficiency and growth.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent across all departments.
- Design and implement employee training and development programs to upskill teams and foster career progression.
- Oversee performance management systems, including appraisals, feedback mechanisms, and KPI tracking.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, managing contracts, benefits, and workplace policies.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, such as wellness programs, team-building activities, and recognition schemes.
- Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends, address challenges, and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior management on HR-related matters, including organizational restructuring and change management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role (HRD Manager, HR Business Partner, etc.).
- Proven expertise in recruitment, talent development, and HR policy formulation in a corporate or multinational environment.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and experience managing HR operations in Indonesia.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and data analytics tools.
- Certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or local HR certifications are highly advantageous.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional languages are a bonus.
