Responsibility
- Execute end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for data analytics and related roles.
- Utilize data analytics tools to track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire) and generate actionable insights.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop targeted talent acquisition strategies.
- Manage administrative tasks such as posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate databases.
- Leverage ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and CRM tools to streamline workflows and improve candidate experience.
- Conduct market research to identify talent trends, competitive benchmarks, and emerging hiring channels.
- Prepare and present recruitment reports with data-driven recommendations to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR operations, with exposure to data analytics.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter) and data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret recruitment data and derive meaningful insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and hiring teams.
- Familiarity with Boolean search, social media recruiting, and other sourcing techniques.
- Ability to work independently in a project-based, remote, or hybrid setting.
- Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regional hiring practices is a plus.
