Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to attract high-caliber financial consultants.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with agency leaders to identify talent gaps and propose solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners and industry stakeholders.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and provide data-driven insights to optimize hiring strategies.
- Organize and participate in recruitment events, career fairs, and networking sessions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all recruitment activities.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the financial services or insurance industry.
