Responsibility
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of emerging talent programs, including graduate and intern recruitment campaigns across APAC.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR teams to define talent requirements and develop targeted sourcing strategies.
- Design and execute employer branding initiatives to attract top-tier early-career talent, leveraging digital and social platforms.
- Coordinate virtual and in-person recruitment events, such as career fairs, webinars, and campus engagements.
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into PERSOL’s culture and programs.
- Build and maintain relationships with universities, student organizations, and industry partners to expand talent networks.
- Stay updated on emerging trends in early-career recruitment and propose innovative solutions to enhance program success.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR, with a focus on graduate/intern programs (preferred).
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional APAC languages are a plus).
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet, or Workday).
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about talent development and employer branding.
- Ability to work independently and remotely while maintaining high levels of productivity and collaboration.
- Familiarity with APAC recruitment landscapes and cultural nuances is highly desirable.
