Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Handle employee relations, addressing concerns, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Facilitate effective communication between employees and management to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws.
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure confidentiality of employee data.
- Assist in performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback sessions.
- Support management in resolving workplace conflicts and promoting a harmonious work environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in the education sector.
