Responsibility
- Develop, coordinate, and deliver comprehensive training programs for new hires and existing staff across all departments.
- Assess training needs through surveys, interviews with managers, and performance evaluations to identify skill gaps.
- Create engaging training materials, including manuals, presentations, and e-learning modules tailored to the hospitality industry.
- Organize and facilitate onboarding sessions, workshops, and team-building activities to enhance employee engagement.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, gathering feedback and making data-driven improvements.
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure training initiatives align with business goals and service standards.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities, certifications, and compliance with industry regulations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance training methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in training coordination, preferably within the hospitality or restaurant industry.
- Proven ability to design and implement effective training programs with measurable outcomes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage diverse audiences.
- Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple training initiatives simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or e-learning platforms.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
