Responsibility
- Develop and execute HR strategies that align with Getalent Servicesâ business objectives and joint-venture governance requirements.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including talent sourcing, employer branding, and onboarding, to attract top-tier candidates.
- Oversee performance management systems, ensuring fair and transparent evaluations that drive employee growth and retention.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and compliance with local labor laws and corporate policies.
- Design and implement training and development programs to enhance leadership capabilities and organizational effectiveness.
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives to create a workplace that values and celebrates differences.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to shape company culture, employee engagement, and workplace well-being initiatives.
- Monitor HR metrics and analytics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; Masterâs degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, CIPD) is a plus.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3-5 years in a senior management or leadership role.
- Proven track record in strategic HR planning, talent management, and organizational development.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, compliance, and joint-venture governance structures.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and mentor HR teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Experience with HRIS, ATS, and data-driven decision-making tools.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
