Responsibility
- Collaborate with US counterparts via conference calls, meetings, and digital platforms to align on hiring requirements, timelines, and candidate profiles.
- Conduct full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for offshore and hybrid roles.
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, referrals, and talent databases to attract passive and active candidates.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent for current and future hiring needs, ensuring a diverse and high-quality candidate pool.
- Coordinate interview schedules between hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a seamless and professional experience.
- Provide market insights and recruitment analytics to stakeholders to optimize hiring processes and improve time-to-fill metrics.
- Negotiate job offers and manage candidate expectations, ensuring a positive experience from application to acceptance.
- Stay updated on industry trends, labor laws, and best practices in global recruitment to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR, with a focus on offshore or international hiring preferred.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume recruitment in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (written and verbal).
- Strong familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
- Demonstrated success in building relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate global time zones (US overlap required).
- Problem-solving mindset with a data-driven approach to recruitment metrics and KPIs.
