Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for high-volume hiring, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, job descriptions, and candidate profiles.
- Leverage multiple channels (job boards, social media, referrals) to attract qualified candidates efficiently.
- Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit for cultural and technical alignment.
- Coordinate interview schedules, provide feedback, and facilitate offer negotiations.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and generate recruitment reports.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies throughout the hiring process.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance EXL's reputation as a top employer in Bali.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in high-volume recruitment, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
- Proficiency in using ATS software (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse) and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a remote/hybrid environment.
- Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and recruitment regulations is advantageous.
