Responsibility

  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks in alignment with Indonesian labor laws.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent retention strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Manage employee relations, performance evaluations, and career development programs.
  • Streamline general affairs operations, including office administration, vendor management, and facility coordination.
  • Ensure payroll accuracy and benefits administration in collaboration with finance teams.
  • Lead workforce planning and organizational restructuring initiatives to support business scaling.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives and conflict resolution.
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics to inform data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, BPJS, and employment regulations.
  • Proven track record in talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR process optimization.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in general affairs, office administration, or facility management is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in HRIS software, Microsoft Office, and data analysis tools.
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional languages are a bonus.
