Responsibility
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination.
- Support onboarding and offboarding procedures for new and departing employees.
- Help maintain HR databases and employee records with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate training and development programs for staff, including scheduling and logistics.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and company events.
- Prepare HR reports and documentation as needed for compliance and internal use.
- Conduct research on HR best practices and industry trends to support process improvements.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including drafting communications and managing calendars.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelorâs degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for working with people.
- Basic understanding of HR principles, labor laws, and recruitment processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with HR software (e.g., BambooHR, Workday) is a plus.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
