Responsibility
- Assist with the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding processes.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Support HR administrative tasks such as preparing employment contracts, offer letters, and other HR-related documentation.
- Coordinate employee benefits, leave requests, and attendance tracking to ensure smooth HR operations.
- Assist in organizing company events, training sessions, and employee engagement activities to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Handle employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with the HR team to implement and improve HR processes, tools, and systems for greater efficiency.
- Prepare reports and presentations on HR metrics, such as turnover rates, recruitment statistics, and employee satisfaction surveys.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an HR support role, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS software; experience with payroll systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels.
- High level of integrity and discretion when handling sensitive employee information.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt to changing priorities.
