Responsibility

  • Assist with the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding processes.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in compliance with company policies and local regulations.
  • Support HR administrative tasks such as preparing employment contracts, offer letters, and other HR-related documentation.
  • Coordinate employee benefits, leave requests, and attendance tracking to ensure smooth HR operations.
  • Assist in organizing company events, training sessions, and employee engagement activities to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Handle employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures in a professional and timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to implement and improve HR processes, tools, and systems for greater efficiency.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on HR metrics, such as turnover rates, recruitment statistics, and employee satisfaction surveys.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an HR support role, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS software; experience with payroll systems is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels.
  • High level of integrity and discretion when handling sensitive employee information.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt to changing priorities.
