Responsibility
- Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Manage and maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation in compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave management, and other welfare initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, staying updated on changes and implementing necessary adjustments.
- Coordinate and facilitate new hire orientation and training programs to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
- Support performance management processes, including appraisals, feedback sessions, and employee development plans.
- Handle employee inquiries and concerns, providing timely and professional resolutions.
- Assist in organizing company events, team-building activities, and employee engagement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, employment standards, and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport at all levels of the organization.
- Proficient in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, JobStreet) is a plus.
