As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for a wide range of HR functions, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and performance management. Your expertise will help us maintain our reputation as an employer of choice in the food industry.

Responsibility

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws and company standards.
  • Administer employee benefits programs and ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll.
  • Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
  • Organize and facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and generate reports for management review.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop workforce planning strategies.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive work culture through various employee engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is a plus.
