As an HR Assistant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the HR departmentâs operations, ensuring alignment with Hyattâs corporate strategies and brand standards. Responsibility
- Assist the HR Manager in overseeing daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks for potential hires.
- Manage employee records, contracts, and compliance documentation in accordance with local labor laws.
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and training programs.
- Handle employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives, team-building activities, and recognition programs.
- Monitor HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates, hiring timeframes) and prepare reports for management review.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure HR strategies align with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in the hospitality or service industry.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
