Responsibility

  • Manage the full cycle of employee onboarding, including orientation and training programs.
  • Administer employee benefits, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.
  • Handle promotions, transfers, and terminations, maintaining accurate and confidential records.
  • Monitor and manage attendance, leave, and absenteeism, providing reports to management as needed.
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and selection of candidates.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to enhance workplace efficiency and compliance.
  • Act as a liaison between employees and management, addressing concerns and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Conduct regular HR audits to ensure adherence to labor laws and company standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR generalist roles, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
  • Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to HR management.
  • Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is a plus.
