Responsibility
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for open positions.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and ensure alignment with business needs.
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation, and integration into the team.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment metrics to track hiring performance.
- Build and nurture a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR roles.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, including job portals, social media, and headhunting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with HR software and ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) is a plus.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
