Responsibility

  • Assist the HR team in recruitment processes, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support new hire onboarding by preparing documentation, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.
  • Maintain and update employee records in HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate and track employee training programs, including scheduling sessions and gathering feedback.
  • Provide administrative support for HR-related tasks, such as drafting correspondence, filing documents, and managing HR software.
  • Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Conduct HR research and compile reports on industry trends, best practices, or internal metrics as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on HR policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR software is a plus.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
