Responsibility

  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with local labor laws and company standards.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent for building management roles.
  • Manage employee relations, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and performance management systems to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Coordinate general affairs activities, including office administration, vendor management, and facility maintenance.
  • Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and align them with organizational objectives.
  • Maintain accurate HR records, generate reports, and ensure data integrity for decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and improve overall efficiency in building management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and General Affairs, preferably in the real estate, property management, or office suite industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, employment regulations, and HR compliance requirements.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
