Responsibility

  • Assist in the implementation and enforcement of HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with local labor laws and company standards.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding processes to attract top talent.
  • Oversee employee records, contracts, and documentation, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in all HR-related matters.
  • Coordinate and facilitate employee training and development programs to enhance skills and career growth within the organization.
  • Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, grievances, and performance management, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Administer payroll, benefits, and compensation processes, ensuring timely and accurate disbursement of salaries and allowances.
  • Support HR initiatives such as employee engagement activities, wellness programs, and diversity and inclusion efforts.
  • Collaborate with management to identify HR needs and develop strategies to improve employee satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an HR role, with exposure to recruitment, employee relations, or HR administration.
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations, with the ability to apply them in daily HR operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with employees at all levels.
  • Proficiency in HR software (e.g., HRIS, payroll systems) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is highly preferred.
