Responsibility

  • Assist in processing monthly payroll and ensuring accuracy in employee compensation.
  • Maintain and update employee records in HR databases with confidentiality.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork and system access setup.
  • Coordinate bi-annual performance bonus calculations and distributions.
  • Prepare HR-related reports and documentation for management review.
  • Handle employee inquiries regarding benefits, policies, and general HR procedures.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
