Responsibility
- Assist in processing monthly payroll and ensuring accuracy in employee compensation.
- Maintain and update employee records in HR databases with confidentiality.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork and system access setup.
- Coordinate bi-annual performance bonus calculations and distributions.
- Prepare HR-related reports and documentation for management review.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding benefits, policies, and general HR procedures.
- Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement activities.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company HR policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in HR, administration, or a similar role (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic HR software.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws is a plus.
