Responsibility
- Lead and supervise the HR team in Bali, ensuring alignment with company policies and local labor regulations.
- Develop and implement HR strategies that support business growth and employee retention.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior management on HR-related matters, including workforce planning and talent development.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless employee experience.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions, with fairness and professionalism.
- Design and execute employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and productivity.
- Monitor HR metrics and prepare reports to inform data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with all legal requirements and company policies in HR operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in conflict resolution and employee relations.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
