Responsibility

  • Ensure compliance with data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, local regulations) and company policies.
  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to optimize HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and other data tools.
  • Conduct regular data audits to identify and resolve discrepancies or inconsistencies.
  • Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring seamless data transitions.
  • Provide training and support to HR staff on data management best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (1-3 years) in HR data management, administration, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in HRIS software (e.g., BambooHR, Workday, SAP) and Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Strong understanding of data privacy regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with SQL, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
