Responsibility
- Maintain and update HR databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness of employee records.
- Develop and implement data management processes to improve efficiency and accessibility.
- Generate HR reports and analytics to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, local regulations) and company policies.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to optimize HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and other data tools.
- Conduct regular data audits to identify and resolve discrepancies or inconsistencies.
- Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring seamless data transitions.
- Provide training and support to HR staff on data management best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in HR data management, administration, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in HRIS software (e.g., BambooHR, Workday, SAP) and Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
- Strong understanding of data privacy regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with SQL, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- Fluent in English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
