Responsibility

  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback and updates.
  • Track recruitment metrics and generate reports to improve hiring efficiency.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes and techniques.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal) is required; additional languages are a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in international recruitment or remote hiring is highly desirable.
