Responsibility

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Coordinate employee relations initiatives, addressing concerns and fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Oversee administrative tasks such as payroll processing, leave management, and compliance with local labor laws.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure alignment with company goals and legal requirements.
  • Organize training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career progression.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and databases, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
  • Assist in performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback sessions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline administrative workflows and improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR and administrative roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance standards in Indonesia.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to addressing HR and administrative challenges.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
