Responsibility
- Process and manage end-to-end payroll for assigned clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local and international regulations.
- Verify and reconcile payroll data, including tax deductions, benefits, and other withholdings.
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to resolve payroll discrepancies and address employee inquiries.
- Maintain and update payroll records, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
- Generate payroll reports and provide insights to stakeholders for decision-making.
- Stay updated on changes in payroll laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
- Assist in the implementation of payroll software and process improvements.
- Ensure timely submission of payroll-related documents to government agencies and internal teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably in a BPO or shared services environment.
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems, tax regulations, and labor laws in Indonesia or other relevant jurisdictions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and payroll software.
- Excellent attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
