Responsibility
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new employees, ensuring a seamless transition into the institution.
- Maintain and update HR databases and employee records with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate talent management processes, including performance evaluations and career development programs.
- Provide administrative support for HR-related documentation, such as contracts, offers, and compliance forms.
- Liaise with department heads to identify staffing needs and facilitate internal transfers or promotions.
- Organize and conduct orientation sessions for new hires, ensuring they are well-informed about institutional policies.
- Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures to align with academic standards and legal requirements.
- Support the preparation of reports and analytics to track HR metrics and improve decision-making.
Qualifications
- A Bachelorās degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR administration or a similar role, preferably in an academic or corporate setting.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with staff at all levels.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of labor laws and compliance regulations in the Philippines or Indonesia is a plus.
- High level of discretion and integrity in handling confidential information.
