Responsibility
- Develop and execute employee engagement strategies to enhance workplace satisfaction and retention.
- Design and coordinate team-building activities, events, and initiatives to foster inclusivity and collaboration.
- Conduct regular surveys and feedback sessions to assess employee sentiment and identify areas for improvement.
- Create and manage recognition programs to celebrate employee achievements and milestones.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a positive and inclusive company culture.
- Analyze engagement metrics and provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Organize wellness programs and initiatives to support employee well-being.
- Act as a liaison between employees and management to address concerns and improve communication.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR, employee engagement, or a similar role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Creative thinker with a passion for developing innovative engagement programs.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and tools for data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices is a plus.
