Responsibility
- Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs tailored to employee and organizational needs.
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to identify skill gaps and create targeted L&D initiatives.
- Implement e-learning platforms, workshops, and onboarding programs to enhance employee performance.
- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of training programs using KPIs, feedback, and ROI metrics.
- Partner with external vendors and subject matter experts to source high-quality training materials.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in L&D to ensure programs remain innovative and relevant.
- Support HR projects and change management initiatives to align L&D strategies with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, or HR roles within a corporate or MNC environment.
- Proven track record in designing and delivering training programs (in-person and virtual).
- Strong knowledge of instructional design, adult learning principles, and LMS platforms.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with HR analytics and data-driven decision-making for L&D strategies.
- Certifications in HR (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) or L&D are a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a global mindset.
