Responsibility
- Assist the HR team with day-to-day administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Support the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Help with employee onboarding and offboarding procedures, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and departing employees.
- Maintain and update HR records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating HR events, training sessions, and team-building activities.
- Prepare HR-related reports and presentations as needed.
- Provide general support to employees by answering HR-related queries and directing them to the appropriate resources.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve processes and enhance employee experience.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional demeanor.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with HR software or databases.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Previous internship or work experience in HR or a related field is a plus.
