Responsibility
- Coordinate and manage day-to-day operational activities to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Provide exceptional service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating onboarding.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to operations, service delivery, and client interactions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve service quality.
- Monitor and report on operational performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
- Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements in all operational and service-related activities.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge in service and operations management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Proven experience in operations, service delivery, or a similar role, preferably in the HR or recruitment industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in using operational and HR software tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
