Responsibility
- Assist with full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Maintain and update HR databases and employee records with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Help organize and execute employee engagement activities and company events.
- Prepare HR-related documents, such as offer letters, contracts, and internal communications.
- Conduct research on HR best practices and industry trends to support process improvements.
- Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration under supervision.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling, filing, and correspondence.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related degree program.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for working with people.
- Basic understanding of HR principles and recruitment processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with HR software (e.g., BambooHR, Workday) is a plus.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
