Responsibility
- Lead and manage the payroll process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Develop and implement compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain top talent.
- Oversee industrial relations and ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
- Handle union matters and negotiations to maintain harmonious labor relations.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company objectives.
- Conduct regular HR audits to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with business goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
- Proven experience in managing payroll, compensation, and benefits.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
