Responsibility
- Lead and manage HR operations, including payroll, benefits, and compliance, with a focus on Employer of Record (EOR) services.
- Oversee a team of four HR professionals, providing mentorship, guidance, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Develop and implement HR strategies to enhance employee engagement, retention, and productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline HR processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions with professionalism and discretion.
- Drive HR initiatives such as talent acquisition, onboarding, and performance management.
- Act as a strategic partner to the Head of HR, contributing to long-term HR planning and organizational development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 7 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a senior HR role.
- Proven experience with Employer of Record (EOR) services and international HR compliance.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, payroll processing, and HR best practices.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with experience supervising HR teams.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in HRIS and payroll software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
