Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead talent acquisition efforts, including recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies.
- Oversee employee development programs, including training, mentorship, and career progression initiatives.
- Manage performance appraisal systems to ensure fairness and alignment with company goals.
- Foster a positive organizational culture that promotes employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date HR policies.
- Collaborate with senior management to address HR-related challenges and opportunities.
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to create a more inclusive workplace.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven expertise in talent management, organizational development, and HR strategy.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to think strategically and execute plans effectively.
- Experience in a multinational or diverse work environment is a plus.
- Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software.
