Responsibility
- Talent Strategy & Acquisition: Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract, assess, and onboard top talent across all business units.
- Employee Development: Design and implement training programs, career pathways, and performance management systems to foster professional growth.
- Compliance & Policy: Ensure adherence to Indonesian labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations, mitigating legal and operational risks.
- General Affairs Oversight: Manage office administration, vendor contracts, facility operations, and corporate governance to support business continuity.
- Culture & Engagement: Champion initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction, retention, and a positive workplace culture.
- Strategic HR Leadership: Partner with senior management to align HR objectives with business goals, driving organizational effectiveness.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with finance, legal, and department heads to streamline HR-GA processes and improve inter-departmental synergy.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize HR analytics to measure workforce productivity, turnover, and engagement, informing strategic adjustments.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: Minimum 8 years in HR management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role overseeing both HR and General Affairs functions.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in hospitality, tourism, retail, or corporate sectors is highly advantageous.
- Educational Background: Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields. Masterâs degree or HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, PHR) are a plus.
- Regulatory Expertise: In-depth understanding of Indonesian labor laws, employment contracts, and workplace compliance.
- Leadership Skills: Strong ability to mentor teams, manage stakeholders, and drive change in a multicultural environment.
- Operational Excellence: Hands-on experience in office administration, procurement, and facility management.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in HRIS (e.g., BambooHR, SAP), payroll systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
