Responsibility
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives and drive organizational growth in the Bali market
- Partner with senior leadership to identify talent needs and create workforce planning strategies
- Design and execute talent development programs to enhance employee skills and career progression
- Lead performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback mechanisms, and succession planning
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture across hybrid teams
- Manage complex employee relations issues with professionalism and discretion
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company policies across all HR processes
- Analyze HR metrics and provide data-driven recommendations to improve business outcomes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 2 years in an HR Business Partner role
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR strategies in Indonesia
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Experience with HRIS systems and data analytics for workforce planning
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid/remote environment with cross-cultural teams
