Responsibility
- Assist in sourcing and identifying qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and applications to match candidates with open roles.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between hiring managers and candidates.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment tracking systems.
- Support the development of employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
- Participate in recruitment events, career fairs, and campus hiring drives.
- Prepare and distribute job postings across multiple platforms.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry and reporting.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related degree.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for connecting with people.
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes and HR best practices (training provided).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiar with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) is a plus.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal) is required; additional languages are a bonus.
- Available for a minimum 3-6 month commitment (full-time or part-time options may be available).
