Responsibility

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Administer HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws and company regulations.
  • Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
  • Coordinate and facilitate training and development programs for employees.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, including employee files, attendance, and leave management.
  • Assist in the implementation of HR initiatives and projects to improve employee engagement and retention.
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics to support decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department, including correspondence, documentation, and filing.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of employees.
  • Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is a plus.
