Responsibility
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Support the onboarding of new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Help maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Contribute to compensation and benefits administration, including payroll support and benefits enrollment.
- Assist in organizing and facilitating training and development programs for employees.
- Prepare HR-related reports and presentations for management review.
- Participate in employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
- Conduct research on HR best practices and industry trends to support process improvements.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for working with people.
- Basic understanding of HR principles, recruitment processes, and employment laws.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with HR software is a plus.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all HR matters.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal) is required; knowledge of Indonesian is a bonus.
