Responsibility
- Assist in developing and updating knowledge management systems, including training manuals, FAQs, and internal wikis.
- Support the recruitment process by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communications.
- Contribute to employee onboarding programs, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for new hires.
- Help design and implement HR initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
- Analyze HR data to identify trends and provide insights for workforce planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to organize company events, workshops, and team-building activities.
- Assist in maintaining HR records and compliance documentation in accordance with company policies.
- Participate in performance management processes, including feedback collection and reporting.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiar with HR software/tools.
- Highly organized with excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
