Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top technical talent across APAC.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and define job specifications.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates using various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of passive and active candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive hiring practices.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Enhance employer branding by promoting Thakral One as a top employer in the tech industry.
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize recruitment processes and improve hiring efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or Senior Recruiter, preferably in the tech industry.
- Strong understanding of technical roles, including software development, engineering, and IT infrastructure.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for building relationships and a track record of successful candidate placements.
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations in APAC is a plus.
