Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and onboarding.
- Administer HR policies, procedures, and compliance with Indonesian labor regulations.
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management initiatives.
- Coordinate payroll, benefits, and leave management in collaboration with finance teams.
- Develop and implement HR programs to boost employee engagement and retention.
- Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports for management review.
- Support training and development programs to enhance workforce skills.
- Act as a liaison between employees and management to foster a positive work environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR generalist roles, preferably in a multinational company.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, PHR) is a plus.
