Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, compliance with local labor laws, and timely disbursement.
- Maintain and update employee records, including contracts, personal details, and employment documentation.
- Administer HR policies, procedures, and employee benefits programs.
- Coordinate recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and onboarding for new hires.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR-related matters, including leave management and performance reviews.
- Prepare and submit statutory reports (e.g., tax, social security) in compliance with Indonesian labor regulations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention.
- Conduct regular audits of HR and payroll data to ensure data integrity and compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR and payroll administration, preferably in a multinational or fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, payroll systems, and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in HRIS and payroll software; experience with local Indonesian systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport across all levels of the organization.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is highly desirable.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive employee information.
