Responsibility

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent for various departments.
  • Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company standards.
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
  • Oversee general affairs functions such as office administration, facility management, and vendor relationships.
  • Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Maintain accurate HR records, including employee databases, contracts, and compliance documentation.
  • Collaborate with management to align HR strategies with business objectives and drive organizational success.
  • Monitor industry trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes and workplace culture.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and general affairs, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
