Responsibility
- Support daily HR operations, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and record management.
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Administer employee benefits, leave management, and payroll processing in collaboration with relevant departments.
- Develop and implement HR initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and workplace satisfaction.
- Maintain and update HR databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and local labor laws.
- Handle administrative tasks such as office management, vendor coordination, and facility maintenance.
- Prepare HR-related reports and presentations for management review.
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and provide timely, professional support.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR and administrative roles, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements in Indonesia.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Proactive, adaptable, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
