Responsibility
- Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs tailored to the needs of employees in Region 6.
- Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and recommend solutions.
- Facilitate workshops, seminars, and e-learning modules to enhance employee performance and engagement.
- Collaborate with department heads to align training initiatives with organizational goals.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics.
- Maintain up-to-date training materials and resources to ensure relevance and compliance.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to employees to support their professional growth.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in training and development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Proven ability to design and facilitate engaging training programs.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and training software.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Certification in training or HR (e.g., ATD, SHRM) is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Region 6 as needed.
