Responsibility

  • Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs tailored to the needs of employees in Region 6.
  • Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and recommend solutions.
  • Facilitate workshops, seminars, and e-learning modules to enhance employee performance and engagement.
  • Collaborate with department heads to align training initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics.
  • Maintain up-to-date training materials and resources to ensure relevance and compliance.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to employees to support their professional growth.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in training and development.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Proven ability to design and facilitate engaging training programs.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and training software.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Certification in training or HR (e.g., ATD, SHRM) is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel within Region 6 as needed.
